Pricing for a really good wedding photographer
It’s been quite an adventure already!
You have made it this far so that means my style and approach to wedding photography speaks to you. You're about to find out how much I charge for my wedding photography and what’s included.
There’s no hidden charges, you receive everything you need from me to come and photograph your wedding.
Some times people plan something a little different to the norm. I am more the happy to put together a bespoke quote for you if these options don’t exactly fit your needs.
My commitment to my couples is that I only take on 28 in 2026. This ensures I turn up fresh as a daisy for your wedding day, I can deliver your finished images without delay and give a great experience to anyone that kindly wants me to capture their special day.
Currently I am 90% booked for 2026 and 2027 is filling fast!

FULL DAY COVERAGE
I love to photograph a wedding day from start to finish, which is why I primarily offer full day packages.
Beginning with the morning preparations lets me capture the excitement and little moments that set the tone for the day the laughter, the nerves, the details you’ve carefully chosen. It’s also a great chance for me to get to know your friends and family and for them to see i’m just a nice guy to be around who happens to have a camera!
This means by the time the main celebrations begin, everyone feels relaxed and natural. This approach helps me tell the full story of your wedding day in an honest, genuine way from the first coffee to the last dance.
You just need to decide how late you’d like me to stay!
All options include your finished images provided to you via a password protected online gallery and on USB in a presentation box with 60 6x4” prints of your choice.
Until 9pm - £2700
This gives you everything you need from morning prep until the first dance and your guests joining you on the dance floor. Up to 11 hours in total.

Until 11pm - £2900
This is fast becoming the most popular option. It allows me to capture the same as the 9pm package but the added bonus of being there for when everyone is letting their hair down. This is a must if you really love the dance floor photos I capture!
2.
Until the end - £3200
Ok I say the very end, let’s say around 1am. I’m only human! With this option I’m with you until the last person has left the dance floor and the party ends I will be there to capture the very end of your celebrations!

Secure your date with a £300 non refundable retainer (amount taken off your final payment)
I am happy to accept instalments on payments.
Prices including travel anywhere 2 hours of Lincoln.
Any where outside of that area there is a small £100 charge to towards fuel and an overnight stay in the finest of Premier Inn or Travelodge’s or £200 for weddings in London, Scotland and Wales.
Weddings in N.I and Ireland there is a standard charge of £600 to cover flights and accommodation.

Optional Extras
These are a few extras you can add on to your package. They aren’t essential to the wedding packages above as they give you everything you need but they are a nice added extras for couples that would like them!
Second Photographer - £600
A second professional photographer for 11 hours that will capture another perspective of your day and obviously you will receive even more photos!
Two rolls of film with the images scanned and delivered digitally - £100
Film photography has become extremely popular recently which is great because a love shooting on film!
Pre wedding photo session - £300
A pre wedding photo shoot (in North Lincolnshire) including the edited images to download. I am happy to travel further a field but their may extra costs involved to cover travel
Extra hours on the day - £150 per hour
Weddings over run some times! I am never in a rush to leave but if I need to stay a lot later to get the photos you want there’s an hourly charge for the extra time and photos.
Wedding Albums
My albums are bespoke and professionally made. You can customise them in a variety of ways. If you would like to order an album we chat about what you would like and then I contact my album makers for a price which depends on the size, how many pages you would like and also the materials you decide to use.
Shorter coverage and destination weddings
People love to do something different and these options are here if you're planning a smaller celebration in coverage or are heading off abroad.
Three Hours - £1200 // Five Hours - £1900
Smaller weddings are fantastic! I am a huge fan of people thing and doing things differently. This a great option if you would like me to capture you getting ready, the bit where you get married and some awesome portraits of the two of you. Only available a few months of the year so please enquire about my availability.
Destination Weddings - £3500 plus expenses
Destination weddings are a great adventure. Have me for the evening before, the wedding day and the morning after to capture the whole celebration from start to finish! Expenses include things like flights and accommodation.
The Experience
Let’s have a chat. A free video call (or you can come see me at my studio) is always the best way to chat plans and get to know each other. You get to see if I'm a good fit for your plans and I get to wait to see what you think praying I made a good impression!
My face fits! You get back to me with good news and we secure the date so know one else can have it by paying the booking fee and we make everything official!
It’s nearly time! Are 2 months before the big day we arrange a date to chat plans. We do this in person again so we can have a good chat about what you’ve planned so I know about any surprises and special details and make note of any groupings you’d like me to arrange on the day.
Lets go! I arrive early and leave with memory cards full of awesome memories. It’s so important to me I have very little impact on your day capturing the photos. I simply come along for the ride, have lots of fun and capture as much as humanly possible for you.
What happens next? After the days happen I prepare I selection of previews for you to have ahead of the main set of photos arriving in your inbox!
What’s included with my options?
A super chill photographer who simply photographs you having a great day with non of the usual wedding photography cringe!
There’s no limit on your photos. I just capture as much as I can for you! Normally you’d expect to receive around 700-1000 images.
Meetings, phone calls, emails everything you need from me when we plan for the big day.
An online gallery of your images expertly edited by myself.
Your images provided on USB in a presentation box with a selection of 6x4 prints.
